Pauline Rochefort, Parliamentary Secretary to the Secretary of State (Rural Development), on behalf of the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions, will announce an investment through the Strategic Response Fund to support domestic battery-grade cobalt sulfate production.
