Virtual Developer Workshop – 350 Merrydale Development RFP
On Thursday March 12th the Community and Economic Development Department held a virtual developer workshop to review the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of permanent affordable housing at 350 Merrydale Road. 29 people attended the virtual workshop, most of whom represented affordable housing developers.
The RFP is a competitive process to evaluate and select the best development vision and project at 350 Merrydale that will benefit the City and its community members.
