Packard Street, Reeves Street to S Lumber Street Closed Effective Immediately
Bloomington, IL - Beginning immediately, Packard Street, from Reeves Street to S Lumber Street, will be closed to all traffic due to sanitary sewer work. This section of First Street will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
