Logistics Property Company Celebrates Eighth Anniversary with Fundraiser Benefiting Make-A-Wish®

Since the company's founding in 2018, more than $2,200,000 has been raised to help grant wishes to children with critical illnesses

Logistics Property Company, LLC, (LogiPropCo) a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, celebrated the company's eighth anniversary on May 7, 2025, with a reception to benefit Make-A-Wish.

The event, held at Salon 61 in Chicago, was hosted by Jim Martell, Logistics Property Company's Chief Executive Officer. With 150 guests in attendance, the celebration included a wish reveal, where a Wish Child in attendance was surprised with the news that her wish, a family trip to Hawaii, had been granted and that she and her family would be flying out that weekend.

"We are very proud to have raised more than $2.2 million for Make-A-Wish since our founding and are sincerely grateful for the support of our donors," said Martell. "This year's event was particularly special as everyone in attendance witnessed the impact of a wish on both the Wish Child and their family."

Since the company's founding in 2018, Logistics Property Company has celebrated each anniversary by bringing together employees, lenders, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and partners, to raise money for Make-A-Wish. With their support, this year's fundraiser brought in $383,135 for the organization, surpassing $2 million raised to help provide life-changing wish experiences for children facing critical illnesses.
