City of St. Petersburg Seeking Nominations for the 42nd Annual Senior Hall of Fame Induction

March 2, 2026 - The City of St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Department Office on Aging is now accepting nominations for the 42nd Annual Senior Hall of Fame.

This annual program recognizes senior volunteers who generously dedicate their time, talents, and leadership to strengthening the St. Pete community. Residents are encouraged to nominate outstanding seniors whose service and commitment have made a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Nominees are required to be 62 years of age or older, be residents of Pinellas County and have demonstrated exemplary volunteer service to the St. Pete community to qualify for induction. Nominations are open until Friday, March 6. To submit a nomination, visit https://www.stpeteparksrec.org/SeniorAwards.

The Senior Hall of Fame induction ceremony is open to the public. Inductees receive a certificate, accolade and will be honored at a City Council meeting with the Key to the City.
