Vermont Man Charged Following Child Endangerment Investigation
According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Michael J. Lohnes (42) of Rutland, Vermont following an investigation involving an allegation that Lohnes forcibly touched a juvenile in a sexual manner that he was familiar with. Lohnes was charged with Forcible Touching, a class A Misdemeanor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor.
Lohnes was arraigned in Greenwich Town Court on both charges earlier this fall and the case is still pending disposition.
