Lane Closures on State Routes 108 and 120

Tuolumne County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct closures on State Route 108 (SR-108) and State Route 120 (SR-120) next week. Work is scheduled as follows:

State Route 108

• Moving, alternating lane closures between North Tuolumne Road in Twain Harte and Forest Route 5N32 for a sweeping operation beginning Monday, August 18, through Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

State Route 120

• Long-term, full closure of the vista points on either side of the James E. Roberts Memorial Bridge overlooking Don Pedro Reservoir for construction work beginning Monday, August 18, through mid-September of 2025.
• Overnight, one-way traffic control between Scofield Street in Big Oak Flat and Deer Flat Road in Groveland for utility work beginning Sunday, August 17, through Friday, August 22, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
