Effective for dates of service on and after October 1, 2025, the Alabama Medicaid Agency (Medicaid) updated the laboratory fee schedule rates. Please visit
https://medicaid.alabama.gov/content/Gated/7.3G_Fee_Schedules.aspx to access the
laboratory fee schedule.
