AeroShield Expands Team

AeroShield is proud to introduce Tammi Ouillette! She joins our team as the Director of Operations, supporting the leadership team in improving our business operations and enabling us to continue to grow our team. Tammi has 20 years of experience working in operations for manufacturing companies, directly impacting processes, procedures, and flow. Tammi has a degree in Business Management. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors. She is very excited to join the world of aerogels and help AeroShield create a sustainable future.

We are also excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Elizabeth Votta! Elizabeth is a recent graduate of the University of Delaware, where she received a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with minors in sustainable energy technology and environmental engineering. She has done research in catalysis at the Delaware Energy Institute, worked as an energy auditor through the University of Delaware, and completed an internship in EH&S at Pratt & Whitney. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, reading, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors with her two dogs. She is very excited to start her career in sustainable tech as a process engineer at AeroShield!
