IMMIGRATION
Governor Pritzker signed a major expansion of Illinois' sanctuary state policy into law this week (HB 1312). This new measure puts the rights of illegal immigrants ahead of the rights and safety of Illinois citizens. While Illinois families struggle, Gov. Pritzker and Illinois Dems roll out the red carpet for illegal immigrants.

REDISTRICTING HYPOCRISY
Illinois already has the most gerrymandered maps in the nation. Instead of fighting for fairness for the people of Illinois, Governor Pritzker only stands for what's politically convenient for him. LAW ENFORCEMENT
Criminals must be held accountable for their actions if we want to ensure public safety across Illinois. The catch-and-release system in the SAFE-T Act simply isn't working, and as a result this legislation has emboldened individuals to attack law enforcement officers and allowed repeat offenders back out onto the streets to commit heinous crimes.
This is not acceptable, and this law must be repealed. Learn more: Retired chief: Illinois' SAFE-T Act 'emboldens' anti-police attackers | Illinois | thecentersquare.com
