CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 16, 2025) - The Charlotte County Utilities Department customer service phones and customer payment center located at the Murdock Administration Center, 18500 Murdock Circle, B-109, in Port Charlotte, will be closed on Wednesday, April 23.
You can still pay your bill using our convenient electronic billing at www.CharlotteCountyFL.gov (select Utilities under Departments) or by phone at 941-764-4300. Standby staff will be on call for utility emergencies at 941-764-4300.
