A public hearing to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Carolyn Glasper

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., to consider the possible pardon of sentence for Carolyn Glasper. The hearing will be conducted via video using Microsoft Teams.

Carolyn Glasper was sentenced to a term of 24 months probation, 90 days jail and $330 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Attempt Use of Credit Card without Consent. Carolyn Glasper was sentenced on November 1, 1991, out of Muskegon County.

Carolyn Glasper was sentenced to a term of 18 months probation and $150 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Larceny in a Building. Carolyn Glasper was sentenced on July 6, 1992, out of Ottawa County.

Carolyn Glasper was sentenced to a term of 30 days jail and $60 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Retail Fraud 1st Degree (Supp 2). Carolyn Glasper was sentenced on September 15, 1997, out of Kent County.

Carolyn Glasper was sentenced to a term of 36 months probation and $4,668 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Attempt Welfare Fraud over $500. Carolyn Glasper was sentenced on April 28, 1998, out of Kent County.

Carolyn Glasper was sentenced to a term of 200 hours work crew and $60 F/C/R (Fines/Costs/Restitution) for the crime of Felonious Assault. Carolyn Glasper was sentenced on July 13, 1999, out of Kent County.

Crissa D. Blankenburg, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.

This hearing is required by state law prior to consideration of any pardon by the Governor.
