A well-designed workspace can reduce strain, improve focus and support overall well-being.
As part of Mental Health Month, Boise State is offering ergonomic consultative sessions on Tuesday, May 12 to help employees make simple, practical adjustments to their workspaces to help prevent discomfort or injury.
In these one-on-one sessions, employees will receive guidance on workstation setup, posture, equipment positioning.
Space is limited. Employees may register by adding their name to an available appointment time. Employees may also explore OSHA's ergonomics resources.
These sessions are part of Boise State's Mental Health Month efforts to support employee well-being. Explore the full lineup of events and resources.
