Third Annual Makers Way at Gateway Gardens Set for April 12
The Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department, in collaboration with Greensboro Beautiful, hosts the third-annual Makers Way at Gateway Gardens from 1-4 pm on Sunday, April 12, at Gateway Gardens, 2800 E. Gate City Blvd.
This hands-on event features artists demonstrating techniques in media such as glass blowing, pottery, and poetry, plus live performances and food trucks. Guests can also make their own crafts, shop for artwork created by the demonstration artists, and vote on their favorite chalk drawing from the fifth-annual Chalk Walk - an event that takes place from 9 am to 5 pm the day before at Gateway Gardens.
