Covered Bridge Receives Repairs

One of the Township's oldest landmarks has received some much-needed repairs. The Jediah Hill Covered Bridge on Covered Bridge Road is the only remaining covered bridge in Hamilton County, and also the entry to the beautiful Covered Bridge neighborhood. The 174-year-old bridge has served its community well for a long time, but the roof was starting to show some intense wear and tear.

The Township Trustees decided to have the roof fixed, replacing all of the rotten areas with brand new materials. While the bridge is a county asset, the Township found it important to maintain to reflect the quality of our community.
