Amendments to the constitutional law on the national flag
The federal constitutional law amends the Federal Constitutional Law On the National Flag of the Russian Federation insomuch as to classify state-owned (municipality-owned) sport facilities as facilities where the national flag of the Russian Federation shall be on display permanently.
Furthermore, the list of events, during which the national flag of the Russian Federation shall be raised or installed, shall include official physical fitness events and official sporting competitions.
