Honigman recently represented Paradigm Equity Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, in connection with its acquisition of STI Fabrics.

Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, STI Fabrics is a manufacturer of upholstery and performance fabrics serving furniture manufacturers, retailers, and interior designers.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partner Nicholas Pedersen and Associate George Cobane, with support from Real Estate Partners Sarah Bishara and Collin Rosenbaum and Associate Colin Maloney.
