Ontario Teachers’ Appoints Olivia Steedman to Expanded Role

Ms. Steedman to oversee Asia-Pacific region in addition to her current leadership of Teachers' Venture Growth

TORONTO, CANADA - Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (Ontario Teachers') is pleased to announce the appointment of Olivia Steedman to an expanded role, taking on oversight of the Plan's investing activities and portfolio management in the region. This adds to Ms. Steedman's existing role overseeing the organization's innovation investing arm, Teachers' Venture Growth.

Effective January 1, 2027, Ms. Steedman will serve as Executive Managing Director, Teachers' Venture Growth & Head, Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore.

"Olivia brings over 20 years of expertise across asset classes via senior roles initially in Infrastructure & Natural Resources and, since 2019, overseeing our very successful Teachers' Venture Growth platform. She has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams which both TVG and our APAC region will benefit from under her leadership going forward."
