Customer Service Week 2025

From the President's Desk...

The week of October 6-10 has been designated as Customer Service Week. Starting in 1987 (and officially proclaimed by Congress in 1992 to occur annually during the first full week of October), this time represents an opportunity to recognize people who dedicate themselves to serving their customers.

At WCF, we're taking the opportunity to thank our tremendous staff in several unique ways. From providing a catered breakfast served by bank executives, to offering professional massages on site, along with a few other treats, it's our way of letting the staff know they are appreciated and valued. While management does its best to routinely show our employees how important they are, marking this week with some extra rewards is something we enjoy doing every year.

At the end of the day, customer service is all about providing the best experience possible. It is my sincere hope that every WCF customer truly feels appreciated every time they step inside our lobby, call one of our offices, log in to online banking, use our ATM, or head to our drive-up window. No matter which office you use or how you choose to bank, rest assured the goal is to provide you with a banking experience that makes you feel welcome and appreciated.

So once again, thanks to all of you for choosing to bank with us, and thanks to our employees for choosing to be a part of the WCF family!
