How do you drive efficient and smooth workflows within your business?
Having the right technologies in place is key when driving efficiencies. This includes setting up the right CRM, sourcing tools and making sure e-signature capabilities across PDF documents are seamless. Adobe Acrobat has been a key in enhancing this process for Levyl.
How does Acrobat enhance processes within your workplace, and contribute to high quality work for your stakeholders?
Acrobat has improved an array of processes for Levyl - from collecting e-signatures to editing contracts. The speed and agility of Acrobat has been a major benefit. From onboarding new clients all the way to sending out job offers; it has enhanced the way we work.
What are your thoughts on various AI tools, and are these something you are using in your recruitment process yet?
Levyl is leaning into the benefits of AI, rather than buying into any fears of it. It is important, as a business, to get started with AI as soon as possible and learn along the way. This will ultimately ensure you reap the benefits.
What would be your advice to other businesses who are rolling out AI tools and may have some hesitation?
Many businesses have concerns around data, privacy and governance. Levyl believes in finding solutions to these concerns to allow businesses to work through these transition periods to find effective solutions. Organising the right professionals around your team will be key to unlocking the advantages of these technologies.
