NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The Landis Sewer Authority recently closed on a loan with the NJ Water Bank totaling $2.65 million to finance the rehabilitation of the Little Robin Pump Station. The project will involve repairing, replacing, or installing new components to enhance the station's operability, reliability, and resilience to flooding. It also includes demolishing the existing controls and operations building and constructing a new facility on the same footprint. Additionally, new internal machinery will be installed to improve the overall functionality of the pump station.
