September 15, 2025 Public Hearing – Proposed Annexation of Located on the South Side of I-70 Drive SE and East of Easter Lane
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Columbia, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025 in the Council Chamber of the City Hall Building, 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, Missouri concerning the matter of the proposed annexation into the City of Columbia of the following described real estate in Boone County, Missouri, to-wit:
The voluntary annexation of approximately 1.33 acres owned by the Stevenson Bartley Trust. The property is located on the south side of I-70 Drive SE and east of Easter Lane (7098 I-70 Drive SE).
At this public hearing any interested person, corporation, or political subdivision may present evidence regarding the proposed annexation. Furthermore, any objections to the proposed annexation should be filed, in writing, with the City Council of the City of Columbia not later than fourteen days after the date of said public hearing.
