SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance No 1705was introduced at the Rialto City Council meeting on October 14, 2025.
ORDINANCE NO. 1705
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO CALIFORNIA AMENDING SECTION 2.48.200, TO REFLECT UPDATED BIDDING THRESHOLDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS CONSISTENT WITH the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act.
Ordinance No. 1705will receive its second reading at the City Council meeting on October 28, 2025.
