JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.--- The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline of October 30, 2025, for an application from Mid South Missouri, LLC, (MSM) to waive gas pressure and odorization requirements in the operation of a natural gas transmission line.

MSM owns and operates a natural gas transmission pipeline located in Stoddard County, Mo. The pipeline extends from the renewable natural gas (RNG) facility at the Lemons East Landfill, located at 15250 Old Bloomfield Road, Dexter, Mo., and connects to the Enbridge Interconnect Station located on County Road 702 in Dexter. MSM says that transported natural gas is injected directly into the Enbridge interstate pipeline system, which requires that all gas injected into its interstate system be free of odorants. MSM said in its application that gas safety will not be compromised if it is granted the waiver.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission's Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
