Greenberg Traurig's Ali Sachoo Named Research Outreach Mission Board Member

ORLANDO, Fla. - Jan. 13, 2026 - Ali Sachoo, a Real Estate associate in the Orlando office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been appointed to the board of Rescue Outreach Mission, a nonprofit providing shelter and support services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Seminole County and Central Florida.

"Rescue Outreach Mission looks forward to Ali's contributions as a board member," said Chris Ham, CEO of Rescue Outreach Mission. "We intentionally sought individuals with unique backgrounds and experience who can make a meaningful impact on our board. Ali's perspective, both as a Seminole County resident and an attorney, will be essential as we begin our strategic planning process."

Sachoo focuses on multistate real estate finance and secured lending transactions, representing institutional lenders, private equity funds, investors, and borrowers. His experience includes acquisitions, financing, leasing, and dispositions, as well as conducting due diligence and drafting security instruments, ancillary documents, and opinion letters. He also advises developers and property owners on land use and zoning matters, securing entitlements and permits, performing zoning due diligence, and drafting developer and easement agreements.

In his new role as a board member, Sachoo will support the organization's mission by advising on strategic initiatives, contributing to governance efforts, and helping strengthen community partnerships that advance Rescue Outreach Mission's work in providing shelter, services, and pathways to stable housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
