"We're happy to have Rebecca on board," said Miller Canfield CEO Michael Palizzi. "She is a highly skilled immigration lawyer who understands the increasingly complex landscape facing employers and individuals. Her experience deepens our capabilities and enhances the sophisticated service our clients rely on."
Noeske earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction. Her background includes work with leading immigration law firms, an internship with former Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Bridget McCormack, and public service experience in Washington, D.C.
Miller Canfield's Immigration Practice represents employers, universities, health systems and global workforces in all areas of business immigration, including specialty occupation visas, employment-based permanent residence, high-skilled categories, I-9 compliance and strategic mobility planning. The group continues to grow to meet rising client demand driven by evolving federal policy and global talent needs.
"Rebecca's arrival reflects our commitment to expanding our bench and helping clients navigate the immigration challenges shaping today's global economy," Palizzi added.
