West Jordan City Recorder, Tangee Sloan, has been appointed by Governor Spencer J. Cox to serve on the Utah Records Management Committee.
Sloan was nominated by the Utah League of Cities and Towns and selected from a highly qualified group of city recorders across the state.
"I'm honored to serve on this committee and humbled to have been chosen from among so many incredible colleagues," Sloan said. "Records management is such an important part of transparency and good government, and I'm excited to contribute to this work on behalf of West Jordan City and Utah communities."
