JACKSON/CLAY COUNTIES - The Missouri Department of Transportation Kansas City (MoDOT KC) will hold an open house style public meeting for the I-29/35 bridge replacements. The project study area includes Interstate 29/35 in the Kansas City metropolitan area in Clay County/North Kansas City and Jackson County/Kansas City to the north and south of the Bond Bridge.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 4-6 p.m. at North Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department at 1201 Clark Ferguson Drive, North Kansas City, MO 64116. The meeting will provide the opportunity for attendees to ask questions, learn more about the project, and leave a comment.
The meeting will be an open house meeting with no formal presentation. Additionally, beginning at 4 p.m. on Feb. 26 a self-guided virtual presentation will be available on the project webpage at I-29/I-35 Viaduct Bridges Replacement Project in Jackson and Clay Counties | Missouri Department of Transportation. The online survey will close on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 4 p.m.
