Lanterns 2026 Now Available Online
The latest issue of Lanterns, the University of Dubuque's magazine, invites readers to explore UD as a knowledge enterprise.
In an excerpt from the magazine, University President Travis Frampton, PhD, wrote, "... Together, we are investing in the development of graduates who will carry both competence and compassion into the communities they will serve. This is what it means to be a knowledge enterprise. It is not knowledge for its own sake, but knowledge in service to others. It is learning that extends beyond the classroom and into the life of the community. It is a university that listens, responds, and acts."
