Belarusian President makes new appointments

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko addressed personnel matters and announced new appointments on 14 August.

The President has appointed:

Igor Bely - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (non-resident);

Dmitry Derevinsky - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Plurinational State of Bolivia (non-resident);

Yevgeny Sobolevsky - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Sudan (non-resident);

The head of state also approved the appointment of:

Nikolai Bortnik - Chairman of the Ivanovo District Executive Committee;

Vladimir Senchuk - Chairman of the Kamenets District Executive Committee;

Grigory Panasyuk - Chairman of the Brest District Executive Committee;

Piotr Belus - Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee;

Oleg Makarevich - Chairman of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee;

Aleksandr Klyachin - Chairman of the Senno District Executive Committee;

Dmitry Stankevich - Chairman of the Chashniki District Executive Committee;

Zoya Kulesha - Head of the Oktyabrsky District Administration of Grodno;

Yelena Bogdan - First Deputy Healthcare Minister;

Ivan Verzhnovets - First Deputy Economy Minister;

Anton Alekseyev - Deputy Communications and Informatization Minister;

Vitaly Kulak - Deputy Agriculture and Food Minister;

Aleksandr Yakovchits - Deputy Agriculture and Food Minister;

Vitaly Garmashuk - Director of the State Signs Department at the Finance Ministry;

Snezhana Titova - Chief Administrator of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee.
