Lane Closure on County Route 89 (Proctor Creek Road), in Proctor, to Begin Monday, August 18, 2025

A portion of County Route 89 (Proctor Creek Road), in Proctor, at milepost 9.0, will be reduced to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Monday, Monday, August 18, 2025, through early September 2025, for a slip repair. Flaggers will maintain traffic during working hours. Traffic signals will be utilized after working hours. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route, slow down, and expect delays. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be accommodated.

Alternate Route: Use County Route 3 (Doolin Run Road) or WV 2.
