We are pleased to announce Updata Partners VII has led an $85 million Series A investment in Go.AI. Existing investors GFT Ventures and LAUNCH also participated in the round.
Go.AI is the leading provider of on-premises AI infrastructure for regulated industries. The Company offers an AI operating system that is installed locally in a customer's environment, either on hardware that the customer manages or within a private cloud instance. The platform includes a collection of compliance-focused applications built on top of proprietary small language models and a data indexer that keeps all information contained and secure. Go.AI recently released the Go1, the industry's first on-premises AI hardware and software solution for regulated organizations. The offering is an AI stack that regulated institutions can actually deploy with no proprietary data going to a third party, priced at a fixed fee that eliminates per-token cost surprises.
Founded by David Moscatelli and Lisa Gillespie, Go.AI has grown rapidly while remaining profitable. Annual recurring revenue is up 8x year-over-year, and users process more than 12.5 million queries per day on Go.AI infrastructure.
Go.AI's combination of explosive growth and profitability is exactly what we look for at Updata. We look forward to working with Go.AI as the team expands their software and hardware solutions for regulated businesses. Updata will be represented on the board by Carter Griffin.
