Join us as we break ground on a new Clearwater City Hall. Friday, Nov. 22, 10 a.m. at 200 S. Myrtle Ave. in Downtown Clearwater.
This 40,000-square-foot, 2-story building will house offices for City Council, City Leadership, City Attorney, City Clerk, Human Resources, and Public Communications.
The building will have a first floor, state-of-the-art training room and a second floor City Council Chambers. The $31.6 million dollar facility is partially funded by Penny for Pinellas ($22.65 million) and will have a NGBC LEED Silver Certification. The building will be constructed by Ajax Building Company, and it was designed by Wannemacher Jensen Architects.
Parking is located on site and at the Municipal Services Parking Garage.
