Planning Commission Approves New Housing at 555 Northgate Drive
On April 28, 2026, the San Rafael Planning Commission approved a proposal to build new housing at 555 Northgate Drive.
About the Project
The project includes a seven-story residential building with five levels of housing above two levels of parking, providing 193 one- and two-bedroom units and 150 parking spaces. All 193 units are provided at below market rates: 80% of rental units as low-income, 20% as moderate-income, with two manager units.
