Meeting of Ambassador with the Governor

On February 25, 2026, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation Davlatshoh Gulmahmadzoda paid a working visit to Sverdlovsk Region of the Russian Federation.

During the visit, Head of the Diplomatic Mission of Tajikistan met with the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Denis Pasler. During the conversation, they exchanged views on the current state and expansion of interregional cooperation between the regions of the Republic of Tajikistan and Sverdlovsk Region in economy, education, healthcare, culture, and tourism spheres. At the meeting, the sides addressed expanding cooperation in trade and economic sphere, as well as investments attraction.

At the same time, Ambassador introduced to the regional leadership the new Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Yekaterinburg, Kholnazar Goib.
