Banque BEMO had the pleasure of supporting "From Steel to Soul", an inspiring exhibition held at the Crypte Saint Joseph - Monnot, bridging inclusion, creativity, and ecology.
Organized by Kreative Call, the exhibition transformed recycled materials into soulful artworks created by four young autistic artists - a powerful encounter between industrial strength and the human spirit.
During the opening ceremony, Mrs. Aline Karam, Founder and President of Kreative Call, delivered a heartfelt welcome speech. She expressed her gratitude to Banque BEMO for its active support to the association's mission and to this meaningful initiative, before introducing the four talented young autistic artists whose works illuminated the space.
Dr. Riad Obegi, Chairman and General Manager of Banque BEMO, shared the Bank's pride in supporting such a significant cultural and social project. He emphasized that artists with autism are essential to our lives - for they teach us to see the true colors of life, reminding us that life is not grey but filled with vibrant hues. Their art is not only good - it does good.
From her side, Mrs. Mirna Mchantaf, Founder of Revive Art Hub, praised the "beautiful collaboration" between Banque BEMO, Dr.Riad Obegi, Mrs. Joumana Hobeika, and Kreative Call. She shared that working with the four young autistic artists - Adam, Jawad, Charbel, and Leon - has made them part of her studio and "part of her soul". Each visit, she explained, they bring a small story, an invisible idea, or a deep emotion seeking to emerge through the brush - their truest voice. She also emphasized the ecological dimension of "From Steel to Soul", where abandoned materials are transformed into new elements that pulse with life, carrying both meaning and hope.
Banque BEMO remains committed to initiatives that elevate inclusion, celebrate human potential, and promote the transformative power of art.
