Candace Bare, senior director investments in Marcus & Millichap's Las Vegas office, was named a recipient of Connect CRE's 2026 Women in Real Estate Awards for the Phoenix/Southwest region.

The annual awards honor women making a meaningful impact on the commercial real estate industry through their professional achievements, leadership and contributions to their communities. Bare was selected for her investment sales expertise, commitment to mentoring emerging professionals and active involvement in the industry.

Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of NNN, multi-tenant retail and office properties nationwide, Bare provides tailored investment strategies, market analysis and advisory services to help clients achieve their real estate objectives. Her experience spans transactions across the country, including notable recent assignments in Nevada and Arizona.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2012, Bare has established herself as a leading investment sales professional in the firm's Las Vegas office, earning multiple Sales Recognition Awards and recognition among the company's top producers. In addition to mentoring a junior agent and an intern, she is actively involved in industry organizations, including ICSC, CCIM and CREDA (formerly NAIOP), and supports charitable initiatives.
