SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 20, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Jaden Malan has joined the firm's Salt Lake City office to specialize in industrial investment sales.
Malan brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to Marcus & Millichap, with a background in industrial investment sales, acquisitions and dispositions. Throughout his career, he has advised private and institutional investors, property owners, occupiers and developers on commercial real estate transactions throughout the Wasatch Front. Most recently, Malan served as senior vice president at NAI Global, representing investors, property owners, occupiers and developers throughout the Wasatch Front.
At Marcus & Millichap, Malan will advise clients on acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties and land.
