DPS REQUESTS PUBLIC ASSISTANCE NEEDED IN ONGOING INVESTIGATION

Sunnyvale, CA - On Saturday, May 16, at approximately 4:34 a.m., an incident of "peeping" occurred at the 24 Hour Fitness gym, located at 762 Sunnyvale Saratoga Road. An unknown suspect entered the gym, unnoticed and without "scanning in," and immediately made his way into the women's locker room, where he was caught filming the victim showering. After being confronted, he fled the area and was last seen on foot. There are no other known details regarding the suspect.

The suspect appeared to be a Black male adult, in his early 20s, with average height and build. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, and a black backpack with a distinctive white stripe across the bottom. He was seen filming with his blue cell phone.
