GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. SITUATION. This MARADMIN solicits applications
from Marine Corps Active Duty, Reserve, Civilian, and Contractor
personnel to participate in the Marine Corps Logistics Command
(MARCORLOGCOM) AI Forum Hackathon, sponsored by the Deputy Commandant
for Installations and Logistics (DC I&L). The event will be held in
conjunction with Modern Day Marine 2026 at the Walter E. Washington
Convention Center in Washington, D.C. The focus of this Hackathon
will be on Marine Corps logistics and sustainment use cases,
leveraging artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions to
address real-world challenges in contested logistics, maintenance,
supply chain management, and expeditionary operations.
1.a. Focus areas include logistics and supply chain optimization,
predictive maintenance, inventory management, and the integration of
AI with autonomous systems to enhance warfighter lethality,
readiness, and decision advantage across the force.
1.b. The Hackathon serves as a rapid capability accelerator, pairing
subject matter experts, technologists, and industry partners to
prototype and validate solutions to high-priority, logistics-focused
operational challenges.
2. MISSION. From 27 to 30 April 2026, MARCORLOGCOM CDAO will
conduct a Hackathon in conjunction with Modern Day Marine 2026 at the
Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, D.C., in order to
develop scalable, operationally relevant solutions to high-impact use
cases across the Marine Corps.
