Softcat ranks fourth at the Great Place to Work awards!

In a significant achievement, Softcat has secured the fourth position on the UK Best Workplaces list in the Super Large category! This is a testament to our people-first culture and the environment we've all helped create.

Great Place To Work performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from each company, to build the 2026 UK's Best Workplaces List. These insights benchmarked how effectively each organisation's employee value proposition translates into the day-to-day experience of its people. Only those achieving the highest scores earn Best Workplaces status.

This year's ceremony took place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, and I was pleased to attend alongside our Head of People Business Partners and Employee Engagement, Lucy Stefanovic, who shared her thoughts on the recognition:
