Andrews Federal Promotes Employees to New Leadership Roles

Andrews Federal Credit Union has announced the promotion of three exceptional leaders whose talent, commitment, and results have helped strengthen the organization and the members it serves. These promotions reflect Andrews Federal's ongoing commitment to developing leaders from within and investing in the future of the credit union.

Rosalind Bishop has been promoted to Vice President of Community Engagement in recognition of her outstanding leadership in expanding Andrews Federal's presence throughout the military and civilian communities. Since joining the credit union in 2014, Bishop has built strategic partnerships, advanced financial wellness initiatives, and strengthened the organization's community impact while enhancing the Andrews Federal brand.

Sasha Harding has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations - Stateside. Her leadership has strengthened branch operations, developed high-performing teams, and improved the member experience across the retail network. Her promotion recognizes both her operational expertise and her ability to lead through change.

Kendrick Navarro has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Cybersecurity after advancing from junior programmer to one of the organization's technology leaders. His innovative approach to cybersecurity, commitment to protecting member information, and leadership in modernizing technology have positioned Andrews Federal for continued growth in an increasingly complex digital environment.
