The A487 trunk road (Bridge Street, Great Darkgate Street and Owain Glyndwr Square, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion) (temporary prohibition of vehicles) Order 2026

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles, other than those being used by the emergency services or for the event, from proceeding on:

  • the length of the A487 Trunk Road known as Bridge Street that extends from its junction with Queen Street to its junction with Great Darkgate Street
  • ii. the length of the A487 Trunk Road known as Great Darkgate Street that extends from its junction with Bridge Street and Pier Street to its junction with Baker Street
  • the length of the A487 Trunk Road known as Owain Glyndwr Square that extends from its junction with Baker Street to its junction with Terrace Road.
