ATTENTION SALSA MAKERS OF WATSONVILLE! Is your salsa the best in town? Prove it! The Watsonville Youth Center is hosting a salsa contest on Friday, September 12. Bring your best salsa recipe and compete for the title of Watsonville's Best Salsa!
All competitors must have their salsa (1 16 oz. mason jar) submitted on or before September 8th at 10 AM
*Competitors preparing salsa outside of a licensed commercial kitchen must prepare their salsa on site at the Youth Center prior to September 8th and must schedule a day/time to prepare their salsa by contacting Jason Hall at: [email protected]
PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN TO THE TOP SALSAS IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES
- Best Salsa Verde
- Best Salsa Roja
- Best Abstracta (neither roja or verde)
- Best Overall
