An agreement between Russia and the Republic of the Congo on the promotion and mutual protection of investment has been ratified

The agreement was signed on October 16, 2025, in Moscow and Brazzaville.

The agreement provides that each party shall promote investment by the other party and create favourable conditions therefor on its own territory, and permit such investment under its national law.
