Serbia partner country at international agricultural fair in Slovenia

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Professor Dragan Glamočić, PhD, will pay an official visit to Slovenia from 22 to 24 August, on the occasion of Serbia's participation as the partner country at the 63rd AGRA International Fair of Agriculture and Food, held in Gornja Radgona.

For the first time, Serbia has the privilege to be the partner country of this prestigious fair, which represents significant recognition for domestic agriculture and a strong incentive for the advancement of bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Slovenia.

Glamočić will address the ceremonial opening, which will also be attended by the President of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar, PhD, and the country's Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Mateja Čalušić.

The Serbian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management will tour the fair and take part in the presentation of Serbia's national stand, where the best Serbian agricultural products will be promoted.

He will also participate in the Slovenian-Serbian Business Forum, where he will hold talks with representatives of companies and institutions from both countries.

Glamočić will have a number of bilateral meetings with officials and businesspeople of Slovenia, aimed at strengthening economic cooperation, improving trade exchange and opening new opportunities for Serbian agricultural products on the European market.
