Route 137 in Texas County Closed for Bridge Replacement
SIKESTON-Route 137 in Texas County will be closed as contractor crews replace the bridge over Pine Creek.
This section of roadway is located between County Road 3780 and Freedom Road.
Weather permitting, work is scheduled to begin Monday, March 23 with completion anticipated Monday, June 22. This road will remain closed until work is completed.
The work zone will be marked with signs and a detour will be in place. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
