WWU alumna and award-winning author Rena Priest in conversation with Professor of Political Science Vicki Hsueh Feb. 12

Western Washington University is pleased to welcome alumna Rena Priest. The former Washington State Poet Laureate, Lummi Nation member, and acclaimed author will discuss her latest book with Professor of Political Science Vicki Hsueh at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12, in Miller Hall 131, followed by an audience Q&A.

Priest's new essay collection, "Positively Uncivilized," is the inaugural recipient of the Raven Chronicles Press Keepers of the Fire Prize for Nonfiction.
