BOZEMAN - Montana State University students will connect with employers far and wide at the "Almost" Spring Career Fair starting Feb. 23. MSU Career Services will also provide preparatory sessions leading up to the fair.

The event allows MSU students of all ages to network with organizations in their field and interview for jobs or internships by the end of the fair. Approximately 185 employers will be represented at the fair in the Strand Union Building ballrooms on the MSU campus, including those from the Gallatin Valley and companies across the U.S. In the fall version of the event, 345 students engaged in job interviews.

"Whether you're a second-semester freshman or a graduating senior, career fairs provide a unique opportunity to connect directly with recruiters who have intentionally chosen Montana State for their hiring needs," said Elizabeth Feary, director of MSU Career Services. "These employers recognize the value of Bobcat talent. It's up to each student to take advantage of the moment - ask questions, shake hands, build connections and discover the internship or job that's right for them."

Faculty and staff are also welcome to attend the fair, which will be held in a new, two-day format this year.

To prepare for the career fair, attendees can review their resumes with a career coach and find a free professional outfit at the Bobcat Career Closet on campus. Drop-in session times are listed below.

Students can register and search for employers attending the career fair on Handshake. For more information, visit the Division of Student Success website.
