SIPRI presents new report on youth, climate, peace and security
SIPRI is pleased to publish a new reporton fostering intergenerational action on climate, peace and security. The report compiles key takeaways from a session of the 2025 Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development.
During the Forum, SIPRI, the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA), the United Nations Development Programmeand the Kofi Annan Foundationconvened a group of young experts from diverse contexts in an intergenerational dialogue on climate, peace, and security to share their experiences, challenges and successes of youth-led climate, peace and security initiatives. The report lays out recommendations for stakeholders working at the intersection of youth, climate, peace and security.

The Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development is a multi-day conference featuring a series of high-level panels and roundtables as well as a range of workshops, spotlights, exhibitions and fireside chats.
